The problem:

The client wanted to show various coronary stenosis locations and graft arrangements without the rest of the heart getting in the way?

The solution:

I rendered the heart in black and white and used colour to highlight the relevant grafted vessels. Transparency was used to allow the viewer to visualise vessels located behind other structures.
