The problem:

How can we show the wrapping of the rectus tendon around the urethra during this procedure?

The solution:

I created static images for certain steps in this procedure and a Flash animation to show the rectus tendon wrapping around the urethra. Selective transparency allows the audience to watch this step without any obstructions.
